In 2009 the resort rooms in the Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort area known as Trinidad South were converted to a Pirates theme. In late 2022 a remodel took place and all of the Pirates of Caribbean theme items were removed from the rooms. Since the beds are made out of wood and resin they did not disassemble well.
