This is a Limited Edition cel suite from the Disney feature "SONG OF THE SOUTH". These set-ups were assembled by Disney and sold as you see them. The framing is Disney as well. These are matching cels meaning that the numbers, 88/350, are the same on both cels. A limited edition of 350 is very rare. Usually the "limit" is 1000 or 2500. Add to this that this is a matched set and the offering is very rare indeed. The pieces are in excellent condition except as noted.
