The game is 100% complete and in overall great condition. The top box lid has a split corner. Captain Hook's sword sheath has come off but will glue back on easily. The pieces are all hand painted and besides Captain Hook are all in excellent shape and all 32 pieces are present. The box is cardboard, not a tin.
